Adele R. Tamasi Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adele R. Tamasi of Skillman, New Jersey, who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Olindo Petrecca and Matilde Petrecca (late Domenico E. Tamasi); and her sibling Vanda Petrecca. She is survived by: her children, Elvina Pettus, Sandra Tamasi, Nicholas Tamasi and Paul; her daughter-in-law Laurie Tamasi (Siggia); her siblings, Mario (Cenzina Petrecca), Silvana Petrecca and Luciana (Richard Bellantoni); her brother-in-law Dino Mercante; her grandchildren, Ean Jacobs, Erroll Tamasi, Ryan Pettus, Erin Pettus, Ellis Tamasi, Evan Pettus, Devin Pettus (Brakel), Briana Tamasi, Guthrie Schoolar, Emma Tamasi, Peytann Tamasi and Jameson Troy; and her great grandchildren, Bianca Pettus, Elizabeth Pettus, Dominic Pettus, Miles Parker and Amos Pettus. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (47 Skillman Rd, Skillman, NJ 08558). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
