She is survived by: her husband Len Smith; her children, Michele (Carmine), Debbie (Brian) and Kevin (Jessica); her grandchildren, Andrew, Nick, Adrienne, Alyson, Matthew and Ben; and her brother Edward VanArtsdalen (Eileen).
