He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Sr. and Beatrice Beck Burton; and his wife Janet Burton. He is survived by: his sister Sue Burton (Jan Schultz); his children, Rebecca Burton, John F. Burton, III and Scott Burton; his daughter-in-law Nicole Blades; and his grandson Quinn Burton.
