He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac F. Wilkinson and Joan H. Wilkinson. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Davis (Craig), Linda Dorman (William) and Mark Wilkinson (Iris). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
