He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dilts and Ida Mae Dilts; and his nephew LJ Angelastro. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Steck; his sister Irene Neal; Marie Woods (Jim), Buddy Neal (Kate) and Jimmy Neal (Jackie).
