She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Irene (Hartzok) and Dennis A. Fiscel. She is survived by: her children, Gregg R. Downs, Glenn R. Downs, Lisa G. (Downs) and Thomas V. Osborne; her grandchildren, Amanda Irene Osborne, Jennifer Marie Osborne and Thomas James Osborne (TJ); her sister Linda Lu; her brother-in-law Edward M. Amrein; her nephews, Michael E. (Elizabeth) and Edward D. (Carolyn); and her great-nieces, Paige, Evelyn and Katherine.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Middleton-Stroble & Zale Funeral Home (304 Shore Rd, Somers Point, NJ 08244). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donating to the ACLU or Human Rights Campaign will make her heavenly heart sing.
