She was predeceased by: her parents, Otilia and John. She is survived by: her brothers, John, Steve, Joe and Bill; her significant other Gino Poletti; her daughters, Gina (Ed), Joanne and Diane; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Cole (Christy), Matthew, Jared, Niki and Erin. She is also survived by her two great grandsons as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anne's name to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
