He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony A. Alvarez Jr. and Helen (Hamilton). He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou; his daughter Denise Lynne (James Behnke); his granddaughter Abigail Marie Behnke; his daughter Joy Mary; his sister Patricia Schwarzwalder (John); his niece Susan Jacobson; and his great-nephews, Mitchell and Dylan.
