He is survived by: his wife Susan Leuthauser (Schwab); his daughters, Kay Mackey (Brian) and Brooke Bowden; his stepson Glenn Streeter (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Michael, Justin, Bethaney, Jason, Jack and Joshua.
