He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Onuschak and Tatiana Onuschak (Karel). He is survived by: his wife Monica Onuschak; his children, Danielle Onuschak (Cory Bruno) and Jason Onuschak (Ashley); his sister Joanne Finan; his grandchildren, James, Abigail, Kelsey and Jonathan; and his siblings-in-law, Father Peter Suhaka and Maryanne Urbaniak. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
