She is survived by: her children, Shawn Hughes of Somerset, NJ, Everton Demmitt (Shelly) of Dayton, NJ, Sonia Brown of North Brunswick, NJ, Angela Rowe of Somerset, NJ and Dione Henry of Hamilton, NJ; her stepdaughters, Carol Demmitt and Georgia Demmitt of Canada; her grandchildren, Chenae Brown, Eric Alexis Jr., Madison Rowe, Brielle Haughton-Hughes, Trinity Hughes and Brieana Demmitt; and her great grandchildren, Nyashia Demmitt, Tyier Demmitt and Nylah Demmitt.
