He is survived by: his wife Michele Petersen (Cortese); his children, David Petersen (Kaitlyn Hartsell) of Cassopolis, John Petersen of Somerset and Samantha Petersen; his son-in-law Jordan Salerno of Lansdale, Pennsylvania; his mother Rosemary Petersen of Clark; and his siblings, James Petersen of South Plainfield, David Petersen of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Debra Petersen of Manalapan, Virginia DeWitt of Greenwich and Andrea Lazarus of Manalapan.
