She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robertson and Edith Palmer Van Horn. She is survived by: her sister Janet Marie Brown (Gary) of Concord, NH.; her husband Guy James Centanni; her children, Kathryn Edith Hefele (Richard), James Robertson Van Arsdale (Constance), Debra Stone Guedes (John), Tammi Millar (Michael), Traci Singer (Bruce) and Lori Kilfeather (Michael); her grandchildren, Clark, Kent, Kathryn, James, Jacob, Patrick, Kristin, Amanda, Kate and Maggie; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Bodhi.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Susan's name to The American Diabetes Association.
