She is survived by: her children, William Banick (Karen), Lisa Banick (Al Avignone) and Jacqueline (Tom); her grandson Matthew Banick (Liz); her sons, Michael Banick and Andrew Banick (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Aria, Nate, Josie and Jonah; her siblings-in-law, Dolores Banick, Carol Mummert and Msgr; and her children, Erin and Kelly Buzby.
