She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazimierz Pudlo and Ludwika Pudlo. She is survived by: her husband Jozef Kotelnicki; her sons, Zygmunt, Boguslaw and Andrzej; and her daughter-in-law Mira. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
