He is survived by: his significant other Mary Roden; his daughter Lawryn Samuel; the mother of his child Traci Samuel; his mother Gail Samuel; his brothers, Christopher Samuel and Lawrence Samuel Jr. (Grace); and his nieces, Noel-Frances and Abagail-Rose.
