She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest W. Cushing; her parents, John Durr and Elizabeth Durr (Ellis); her stepchildren, Robert Cushing (Diane) and Mary Theresa Berres; and her cousins, Betty and Ken Anderson.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Evelyn Fornale (Thomas); her stepson-in-law Joseph Berres; and her grandchildren, Matthew Fornale, Vicky Nelson, Jennifer, Jeffrey Pellecchia, Lisa, Liberato Rizzi, Linda and Todd Kilponen. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many Anderson cousins.
