He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgian Beatty Thompson and Ionie Albertine Dyer; and his siblings, Anthony and Fenella Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Orfelina Thompson; his children, Douglass, Nadia, Yoscar, Gabriel and Stanley; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Natalia, Christian, Sienna, Nashla Ionie, Amara, Elijah and Douglass Jr.; his former wife Joy; his nieces, Nicola, Kristina and Joy; and his cousins, Carol and Russell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of St. Andrew (160 W S Orange Ave, South Orange, NJ 07079).
