He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Worthman and Helen Worthman; and his siblings, Janice LiCausi, Michael and Thomas Worthman.

He is survived by : his wife Joanne; his children, Jason Worthman (Sonja) and Kelly Willard (William); his grandchildren, Kayla and Billy Willard; his sister Patrica Manno (Joseph); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Mesics and Nancy Worthman. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
