She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank D'Amico and Elvira D'Amico (DiPaola); her brother Marcel D'Amico; and her husband Paul J. Panzarella. She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Susan) of South Plainfield, Donald (Valerie) of Three Bridges and Phillip (Elizabeth) of Bethesda, MD; her grandchildren, PJ, Katie, Joseph, Nicole, Michael, Erin, Jeffrey, Tiffany, Nicholas, Lauren, Kristin Sterling and David; her great grandchildren, PJ, Natalie, Siena, Luisa, Cipriano, Nicholas, Oliver, Alexandra and Andersen; and her brother John (Alice). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Impact the lives of St. Jude kids - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
