He is survived by: his mother Ruby Thompson Beverley; his children, Jamar and Kaylah Beverley; his siblings, Marie Thompson (Samad), Frank Beverley, Michael Beverley, Dennis Beverley (Kimberly), Elijah Beverley, Jamie Beverley and Sharon Beverley; and his former wife Joyce Beverley. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.

“Brother Tim and I were friends for over 30 years. He was a passionate person who loved his family dearly. He always spoke of Jamar and Kaylah with a special twinkle in his eyes. When he took a stance on something he believed in, he didn’t acquiesce regardless of the pressure and stress it created in his life. He stood by his principles unwaveringly. Brother Tim had a thirst for knowledge and continued to learn throughout his life. I'm deeply saddened by the loss of this good brother! J. Moorman”
