She is survived by : her husband Frank Molnar; her nieces and nephews, Thomas, Christine Molnar, Karey Molnar, Tricia, Jeremy Vajda, Susan and Doug Griffin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Colin, Samantha, Jason, Hunter, Theo and Grayson; her brother Kevin Lukowski; her sister-in-law Patricia Hunt; and also Frank Molnar.

Gay Martin wrote a sympathy message

“Barb and I were graduates of Saint Mary’s Grammar School and South River High School. Barb’s great grandmother and my maternal grandmother were sisters, making us second cousins. I have memories of Barb, Ann Marie Bogdan and I singing “It’s Almost Tomorrow” in the eighth grade talent show and buying ice cream cones with jimmies at her grandfather’s store. We spoke after her heart attack and hoped we could get together. It did not happen. Rest In Peace, Barb. Gay Pfeifer Martin”
