He was predeceased by : his parents, Wladyslaw Kubiak and Elzbieta Kubiak; and his brother Tadeusz Kubiak. He is survived by : his wife Irena Kozlowska Kubiak; his children, Tomasz, Margaret Kubiak of Spotswood, Monika and Adam Wojcik of South River; his grandchildren, Matthew Kubiak, Brian Kubiak, Izabela Wojcik and Jakub Wojcik; his siblings, Jozef Kubiak of Edison, Waldemar (Danuta Kubiak), Teresa (Jozef Zielinski) and Stanislaw (Anna Kubiak); and his sister-in-law Elzbieta Kubiak of Somerset. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
