She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Banarick and Jean Banarick; and her sister Jennifer Hasey. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hartman; her stepchildren, Richard, Judy Hartman, Andrew, Alice Hartman, Joseph and Adrienne Hartman; her grandchildren, Joseph III, Crystal and Evelyn; her niece Kathleen Acs (Eric); and her great-nephew Thomas S. Acs. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene's name may be made to St. Jude Children's research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN.
