He is survived by: his wife Monika Niemiec Saporito; his son Dominick Saporito; his parents, Lorrie Moss (Stephen) and Carl Saporito; his brothers, Stephen Borchard and Nicholas Moss; his grandmothers, Patricia Kearns and Marie Moss; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Leokadia Niemiec.

As a final gift of life, Jayson gave families a chance for a Christmas miracle through organ donation.
