She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Doktorski and Clementine Doktorski; her daughter Roseanne Mangano; and her brothers, Henry Doktorski and John Doktorski.

She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Chadwick of South River; her children, Frank Chadwick of South River, David Chadwick (Tina) of Bedford, NH and Kathleen Osowski of South River; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Robert Osowski, Aaron, Clarissa, Marion, Benjamin, Marianna and Ian Chadwick; and her great grandchildren, Everly and Maeve Chhunwick.
