She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Murphy and Hazel Murphy; her husband Donald F. Perkin; and her siblings, Dennis, John, Terry, Shirley, Pat, Eilleen and Georgine.

She is survived by: her children, Donald R. Perkin (Christine) of Monroe Township and Terri Ann Cavanaugh of South River; her grandchildren, Desi, Kelly, Chip, Eric and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Nicolas, Jacob, Triston and Quintin. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
