He is survived by: his wife Susan Schafer Kendrick; his children, Sharon Kendrick, Erin Kendrick Rebholz (Ted Rebholz) and Paul Kendrick (Rebecca Asch-Kendrick); and his grandchildren, Emily Kendrick Rebholz, Sean Andrew Kendrick and Conor Asch Kendrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bill's memory to Holy Trinity Church to support their capital projects.
