With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helene A. Surowiec of Sparta, New Jersey, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Helene leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her mother Danuta Surowiec. She is survived by: her husband Tony Goncalves; her children, Anthony, Angelina and Christian Goncalves; her father Stanislaw Surowiec; her stepmother Grazyna Surowiec; her sister Wanda (Guillaume Andreoni); her nieces, Ava and Olivia; and her brother Stanley Surowiec. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Goncalves Family to support Helene's three beloved children as they navigate life without their incredible mother.
