He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Marie Rivera. He is survived by: his significant other Marie; his son Eric; his grandchildren, Madelyn Rivera, Noah Schnitzer, Cateraina Schnitzer, Emma Wesolowski and Charles Wesolowski; and his great grandchildren, Jude Rivera, Jonah Walter Tyree and Rock Rottoer.
