He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph and Josephine. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Jennifer Obregon (Marlon), Melanie Jezierny and David (Shelly); his sister Linda Baldino (Jack); and his grandchildren, Michael Taveras (Autumn), Emilio, Emily Obregon, Mason Hyman, Brianna and Jake Tessein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Dave's memory may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
