Blanchett of Brick Township, NJ and Sandra Zema (Anthony) of Jamesburg, NJ; her brother-in-law Fred Bourne (Donna) of South Carolina; her niece Amanda; and her nephews, Michael Zema and Frederick Bourne, III. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
