He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Meagan; his daughter Kelcie; his son-in-law Tim; his mother Norma Jean Mack; and his siblings, Joel (Shirley), James (Kathie), Robert (Karrie), Mary McCall (John) and Anne Mack.
