She is survived by: her husband Peter "Freddy" McCormack; her sister Dorothy Garfein; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Jennifer Ashton Werner, Dr. Evan Garfein, Marcelle Costanza Phannis, Kathy Costanza Hyneman, Patricia Costanza Reid, Mary McCormack Parenti, Robert McCormack, Stephen McCormack, Thomas McCormack and John McCormack.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
