He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Xavier Keegan Sr. and Margaret Irene Keegan; and his brother Phillip Myles Keegan. He is survived by: his brother Philip; his cousins, John and Billy; his son Francis Xavier Keegan, III (Mickey); his nephew Dr. Ryan Keegan; and his niece Alexis Keegan. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (2028 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Catharine Church (215 Essex Ave, Spring Lake, NJ 07762). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM. A repast will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Spring Lake Golf Club (901 Warren Ave, Spring Lake, NJ 07762).
He also found great happiness on the greens of Spring Lake Golf Club, where he served as President and made lasting contributions to the club he loved so much.
