He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Xavier Keegan Sr. and Margaret Irene Keegan; and his brother Phillip Myles Keegan. He is survived by: his brother Philip; his cousins, John and Billy; his son Francis Xavier Keegan, III (Mickey); and his sibling's children, Dr. Ryan Keegan and Alexis Keegan. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives.
He also found great happiness on the greens of Spring Lake Golf Club, where he served as President and made lasting contributions to the club he loved so much.
