With sadness, we share the passing of Anthony Colatruglio of Springfield, New Jersey. Anthony, born on August 29, 1940, passed away on June 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Colatruglio and Maria Antoinetta Colatruglio; his wife Alice Spade; his son Anthony Colatruglio Jr.; and his sister Doris DeSilva.
He is survived by: his children, Francis Colatruglio (Brenda), Marie Yeager (William) and Christopher Colatruglio (Ruth); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Michael, Nicholas, Aurora and Liliana; his great grandchild Anthony; and his sister Maria Pedersen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tony's memory to the Knights of Columbus, P.O. Box 251, Springfield, NJ 07081. Contributions may also be made to support the Springfield Fire Department through Springfield FMBA Local 57 or local volunteer emergency services, such as the Springfield First Aid Squad.
