She is survived by: her children, Stephen Klein (Donna), Cynthia Jackson (Charles) and Allison Borkowski (Steven); her grandchildren, Steven Borkowski, Jr. (Ally), Alex Keller, Jeremy Klein, Jesse Klein, Amanda Jackson, Eric Jackson and Jack Borkowski; her great grandchild Emmett Borkowski; her friend Patricia Miller; Erick Sturcke (Pat).
