He was predeceased by: his daughter Taheerah Sweat. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Simms Washington; his children, De'shon Outlaw, Andre'Washington, Va'netta Washington and Juan Solano; and his siblings, Robert L. Washington and Lisa M. Washington.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Antioch Baptiste Church (640 S Springfield Ave, Springfield, NJ 07081). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
