It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Daunno in Springfield, New Jersey, born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Margaret may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Annie (Bivona); and her husband Anthony Daunno. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Ann Price and Jean Ward; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Syfert, Heather Wiltshire, Michelle Ward-Chang, Haley Finewood and Dustin Ward. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals (145 St Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08755). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church (130 St. Maximilian Lane, Berkeley Twp, NJ 08757).
