He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penny and Elizabeth Penny (Retz); and his wife JoAnn Penny. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Penny (Meg) and Ian Penny; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Aidan, Danielle, Gavin and Zoey.
