He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Horn and Mary Van Horn; and his brother-in-law Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his sons, William Van Horn and Dallas Van Horn (Cassi); his grandson Dillon; his son Johnathan; his brother Roy; his sister-in-law Gail; and his sisters, Maryellen, Sandy (John) and Nancy (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
