He was predeceased by : his wives, Dolores and Dee; and his father John Bazelewich. He is survived by : his mother Emily; his uncle Martin Valdivez (Sharon); and his cousins, Sandra Marion and Deborah Ellis. He is also survived by extended family and life-long friends.
