He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James and Ruth Haw Mangan; his daughters, Kristen Brevet (Scott) and Kelly Mangan Anderson; his siblings, Richard "Duffy" Mangan (Linda) and Ruth I'Anson; his grandchildren, Brayden, Connor and Isabella Brevet; and his niece Michele Mangan Cevasco.
