He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Milligan and Matilda Milligan; and his brother Mark Milligan (Debbie) of Mt. Holly. He is survived by: his significant other Norma Tisa; his children, Tammy Gatto (Michael) of Deptford, NJ and Tim Milligan (Jacqui) of Maple Shade, NJ.; his grandsons, Anthony Gatto (Megan) and Justin Milligan; and his sisters, Edith Lewis (Albert) of Southampton, NJ. and Donna Hubbell (Ray) of Southampton, NJ.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
