He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Fred Naphys and Mamie Naphys; and his siblings, Edna, Bill, Ed, Duke, Jack, Sis and Janie.
He is survived by: his children, Joan, James (Diane), Daniel (Regina), Fred (Rebecca) and Joseph Carroll; his grandchildren, Nichole Humphries (Matt), Taylor (Giana), Nolan, Rylee, Drew, Michael and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Olivia, Thea, Travis, Jaxon and Bryson. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Church (55 Warwick Rd, Stratford, NJ 08084). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (240 Lower Landing Rd, Blackwood, NJ 08012).
