He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Matonak and Elizabeth "Elsie" Matonak (Borkowski). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Matonak (Jensen); his daughters, Debra DePiero and Carrie Fleming (Rhae); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Jacquelyn, Caitlyn and Lauryn. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
