She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria A. Puco (Drake) and Frank A. Puco of Netcong, N. J.. She is survived by: her son Alphonse Neil III; her grandchildren, Alphonse Nicolas, Ava and Frank; her son-in-law Jason; her granddaughter-in-law Ella Jaye; her sisters, Linda (Scott), Sandra (John) and Francine (Lenny); her nieces, Alexandra, Kate and Sophia; Lauren and Jessica. She is also survived by four great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
