He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Baxley, Dr. Maureen Baxley Murray, James Baxley, Andrew Baxley and John Baxley; his brother Robert Baxley; and his grandchildren, Louisa Baxley, Kathleen Murray and Stephen Murray (Mary Ann Van).
