He is survived by: his wife Vietta Durnin; his children, Steven Durnin and Lauren Durnin; his daughter-in-law Dawn Becker-Durnin; his grandchildren, Sidney Durnin, Ashton Durnin and Charles Durnin-Perez; and his parents, Mary Cuddeback and Francis Durnin.
As Jack was a simple man he asked that in lieu of any services people make a donation in his name to his favorite charity the American Cancer Society.
