He was predeceased by : his parents, Emma Malacrea and Fiore Malacrea; and his brother Robert Gordan Malacrea. He is survived by : his wife Joan Malacrea; and his children, Rick Malacrea (Deirdre), Ray Malacrea (Denise) and Robin Malacrea (Nick Ivanoff).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial (646 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922).
